Hearts and Minds Renfrewshire supports care experienced children and young people in Renfrewshire to achieve their goals either in school or personally.

How We Help

Hearts and Minds Renfrewshire, working in partnership with Renfrewshire Council, matches our young people with a highly trained adult mentor. Together the young person and their mentor build a trusting, long lasting relationship. Working together the mentor supports the young person to recognise their strengths to build their confidence. The mentor also helps them to deal with any challenges they are facing at home or at school and encourages their young person to grow and achieve their aspirations in life.

We are looking for mentors

We are looking for mentors aged 18 and over who can inspire care-experienced young people across Renfrewshire. As their mentor, you can encourage them to value education and therefore have high aspirations for their future.
