“Aberlour offers a wide range of training opportunities and qualifications and is keen to promote diversity. With almost 150 years of history our organisation is underpinned by the values of respect, integrity, innovation and challenge. Our staff benefits include competitive salaries, extra allowances for shift work, pensions and life insurance and a voluntary healthcare scheme.

“The scores are very encouraging however we will not be complacent and recognise that there are issues that can be improved. As a senior leadership team, we will be addressing those over the coming months to make Aberlour an even better place to work. We know that happy motivated staff are in a better position to help the thousands of disadvantaged children and families across Scotland whom we support.”

“On behalf of the Senior Leadership team, I’d like to thank everyone who participated. It’s great to work with such a committed group of people who really enjoy giving their all to improve the lives of children, young people and families who need help.
