Each role comes with a tailored training plan, carefully delivered and supported during your induction period. But it doesn’t stop there. Our training mix includes both formal programmes and informal development options, such as peer support and shadowing experiences.

SVQ accredited

As an SVQ (Scottish Vocational Qualifications) centre, Aberlour actively assists registered workers in meeting the necessary SVQ requirements for their roles. We’re committed to the professional growth of our employees.
